Starting with the new Rotary year in July, our club will be instituting ClubRunner.  Paraphrasing an old Saturday Night Live sketch - it's a website AND a dessert topping.  Well, maybe not quite a dessert topping but it does have a lot of functions beyond just a physical website.
It is a way to manage member info, events, weekly speakers, communication between club members all while maintaining a seamless integration with our District as well as Rotary International.  As we move forward, we will be able to use it for the monthly bulletins, event registrations and even collect dues.  In short, it's got a lot of bells & whistles but the idea is to start with the basics and then layer the other items on top (much like a dessert topping).

Along with myself, Jim Bushong is going through the ClubRunner training and will be assisting in this process.  The first step will be reviewing your member data.  If you haven't already, you shortly will receive instructions on how to login along with some basic instructions.  In addition, the weekly meeting on 7/18 will be devoted to the ClubRunner topic.

Rotarically yours,
Zoltan Nagy
