Do you have a bicycle you are no longer using?  Stop letting it gather dust in your garage, basement or shed  - donate it to Bikes For The World!  Since 2005, Bikes For The World has rescued and repurposed over 150,000 used and new bicycles distributing them to developing countries around the globe.  These bikes create jobs, raise income, boost student learning and increase access to health care - transforming the lives of individuals and building stronger families and societies.  More information about Bikes For The World and the work they do around the globe can be found at their website.

The Rotary Club of Montgomery/Rocky Hill will be organizing a bike collection on Saturday October 24th from 9AM to 1PM in the parking lot of the Blawenburg Reformed Church on Route 518 in Skillman.  The event will be held rain or shine. Adult and children's bikes in repairable condition are accepted (please no bikes with rusted frames).

We kindly ask for a $10 donation per bike (not required) to help defray the overseas shipping costs. The donation can be made at the event or by clicking here

The Rotarians at the collection site will be masked and socially distancing and we ask that you do the same.

If you have a bike you want to donate but can't make it on 10/24, you can drop it off prior to that day during normal business hours to Belle Mead Garage on Route 206 (just north of the intersection with CR 601). If you are making a donation with the bike, please put the check or cash in an envelope and tape it to the bike.  PLEASE DO NOT DROP OFF BIKES TO BELLE MEAD GARAGE AFTER 10/23.
